| John is an award-winning inventor and entrepreneur.
Sensing a breakthrough opportunity for laser-based gas sensors in clinical
diagnostics, he founded Picomole in 2005. An engaging speaker, John has
been invited to speak in the U.S., Canada, and overseas. John is a guest
lecturer at the VenturePrize program and a mentor to several young
entrepreneurs. John earned a PhD in Physics from the University of
Toronto. |

| John is a founding Senior Associate with St.
Arnaud, Pinsent and Associates (SA&P) following a distinguished ten-year career
with Ernst and Young LLP. John was the recipient of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Alberta Early Achievement Award for 2001 and the 2002 Economic
Development Edmonton Ambassador Award. He currently serves as a Director of the
Alberta California Venture Channel. |

| Denis is an experimental physicist with 15 years
of industrial and academic experience working on a variety of non-destructive
testing and gas sensing instruments. His previous work has included
participating in large scale projects such as the SCISAT satellite designed to
measure important atmospheric trace gases. Denis earned a PhD in Physics from
the University of Toronto. |
