Picomole Inc. is an innovative medical technology company based in Moncton, New Brunswick. With its patented breath analysis technology, its team of professionals is developing a breath test for lung cancer screening and researching additional non-invasive diagnostic tests.
Position Title: Operator Technician
Location: Moncton, New Brunswick
Term: Permanent; Full-Time
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week (evenings and weekends required)

Summary: The Operator Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining Picomole’s in- house developed equipment, processing breath samples, supporting the technical team in building and commissioning of new devices, and any other tasks required to ensure service level goals are met.
Qualifications:

Engineering Technology diploma or other relevant education in a technical discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution
-
Previous related work experience is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities:

Processes samples and supports the sample collection logistics
-
Adheres to Picomole’s quality management system
-
Conducts tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or
-
performance.

Assists other Technicians in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing problems with
-
equipment, devices, or products.

Measures and records data associated with operating equipment, production and
-
progress.

Engineering Technology diploma or other relevant education in a technical discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution
